Grown from operational practice.
The umbrella brand emerged from concrete brand building and the support of digital companies, not from an investment thesis drawn on paper.
TODAY
Four brands, under one roof.
Today the portfolio covers four brands: Prevello (Consumer Health), Adiaphan (Digital Commerce & Services), Kölner Herz (Care & Community, an independent company as an affiliated brand) and MateSoftware (Software & Technology).
APPROACH
Clear, honest, long-term.
We only build what we understand and want to carry for the long term. New brands are added when they fit the direction, never as an end in itself.
